What is an AG Meeting session?
Each session provides a secure video meeting room for your General Assembly — with live voting per agenda item, proxy enforcement, and real-time attendance tracking. When the meeting ends, SyndicSage prepares a draft procès-verbal from the transcript and vote results for your review. You then choose to send it to all co-owners or absentees only, directly from the platform.
